In 2012, I worked at Grant McCune Design, a special effects studio in Los Angeles as a Model Maker. The studio had been around since 1976 where they shot movies such as Spiderman, Caddyshack, Jaws, Spaceballs, Die Hard, U571, Aliens, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, and the iconic Star Wars - A New Hope. This is where all the visual effects OG’s were born and bred.
